Currently all Bilith add-ons store no data whatsoever beyond anonymous access logs. No information about any of your content is transferred to our servers; all computation happens within your browser.

Bilith uses Digital Ocean for hosting of our add-ons.

People and Access

Bilith's support team accesses DigitalOcean data only for purposes of application health monitoring and performing system or application maintenance, and upon customer request for support purposes. Only authorized Bilith employees have access to server data.

Bilith Add-ons do not currently require any authentication to our servers, since computation happens completely within your instance. Regardless, customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Confluence and JIRA Cloud login information.
