The add-on provides easy and secure way to attach Dropbox files, folder and docs to JIRA issues.

How to attach a Dropbox item to a JIRA issue

Attaching Dropbox items to JIRA issues becomes super-easy.

  1. Open the issue

  2. Navigate to 'Dropbox attachments' section below the issue description

  3. Click on 'Attach from Dropbox...' link

  4. Navigate to the file in File Picker and select it.

If you are using the add-on for the first time you might need to authorize in File Picker for access to Dropbox.

How to detach a Dropbox item from a JIRA issue

  1. Open the issue

  2. Navigate to 'Dropbox attachments' section below the issue description

  3. Navigate pointer to the file and click on 'Detach' icon right to the issue
