The add-on provides easy and secure way to attach Asana tasks and projects to Jira issues.

How to attach Asana items to Jira issues

Attaching Asana items to Jira issues becomes super-easy.

  1. Open the issue

  2. Navigate to 'Asana attachments' section below the issue description

  3. Click on 'Attach from Asana...' link

  4. Paste link to Asana item in the picker dialog

If you are using the add-on for the first time you might need to authorize in the picker dialog for access to Asana.

How to detach Asana items from Jira issues

  1. Open the issue

  2. Navigate to 'Asana attachments' section below the issue description

  3. Navigate pointer to the file and click on 'Detach' icon right to the issue
